I did a Google check for this IP and at last check, Latvia Vdhost Ltd, who owns the IP is not on the blacklist; it’s “clear” so far. But, I’m sure this spammer will change that real soon even people start to report his spam links.

He even included a link to his Geocities site in the url field. I think I will be sending Yahoo!, who owns Geocities, an email about this user. I’ll first see if the user actually exists. I won’t actually filled his presumably-spam-filled site.
