Do You Think I Make This Stuff Up?

Man pulls knife on neighbors after they report him for playing loud music

Damn. And I thought my ongoing fight with noisy ex-neighbors had gotten nasty.

A 32-year-old Manchester, N.H. man received a noise ticket on Friday after neighbors reported him for playing loud music.

The neighbors called the cops on him again just half an hour later after the man showed up at their apartment, and in some order, started yelling, pulled out a pocket knife, threatened to slit their throats. At some point in all of that, he punched a hole in the neighbors’ wall, because he admitted to it and was subsequently charged with three counts of criminal threatening and two of criminal mischief.

The neighbors reportedly slammed the door and were not hurt, so I’m guessing that he lived in a surrounding apartment and punched through their wall from his apartment?

So, this guy gets a noise ticket, which already puts him at risk of getting evicted, then he goes and makes sure that he does get evicted by getting physical with his neighbors.

There was nothing printed about him getting evicted, but, unless he stays in the slums where that type of behavior is accepted, there is no way that the landlord will let him continue to live in the apartment complex. In my apartment complex, noisy people don’t last long here (thank gawd). Three noise complaints and you’re gone! If you threaten your neighbors, you’re sort of evicted once the property manager finds out about the incident.
