I just found out that The Lynd Company took over La Colina, Woodhill, and Ridgecrest apartment complexes in Denton. Don’t rent from them! Why? Read the other posts to find out, but in brief, they will disregard your lease and increase your rent every chance that they get (car ports ($15), water rate hikes ($10-$20 increase), cable that you didn’t ask for ($45 a month and a $75 mandatory setup fee)).
